After protests from alumni It took Pope John Paul II, in an ultimatum, instructed President Leo O'Donovan to defund 'H*yas for Choice' , to not recognize them as a club on campus, and move them off campus. The second major undertaking is the Cardinal O'Connor conference, founded in 2000, takes place on the Saturday after the March for Life in D.C. Many outstanding pro-life speakers and breakout sessions. It's the largest pro-life campus conference in America.
