Fast tracked at the end of the Legislative session, this law eliminates any protection for the unborn in the womb up till birth. Abortions can be done outside a medical setting which probably has no life saving medical equipment and no reporting requirements. No second opinion for the mother. Abortion doctor or whomever performs the abortion cannot be challenged on 'diagnosis'. The public needs to 'READ between the LIES'. Abandoning the unborn will open the door to Infanticide and selling of baby body parts. Massachusetts has already seen a doubling of abortions in 2024 to 49, 450 with 27,836 out of state and 21,407 abortions were in state. The 'SHIELD LAW', Pro-abortion groups and even the MASS Medical Society promoted pro-abortion initiatives.
